Family History:
Proser’s parents rely on other people for land to farm. They seem not to be able to figure out how to make ends meet because both have mental challenges. Proser’s mother often disappears and leaves the children with the father. The kids move to people begging for food and clothes and they are always out of school for lack of fees because of the parents inability.
