Family History:
Elijah was brought to his maternal grandmother, Dinah, when he was two years old in 2017. His Mum, Kembabazi, could not manage to care for him in the city with her bar job. Kembabazi later died in 2021 during the COVID scourge. His father, Paulo, refused to take Elijah in claiming he was not his child. They last saw Paulo in 2017 as well. Dinah is older now and cannot manually dig and provide enough food and tuition for Elijah as she used to.
