Family History: Honest, along with his 8 siblings, has been in the care of his mother, Ann, a single mom, for over ten years after their father, Charles disappeared. Charles returned recently but does not provide income, has no job and behaves erratically. Ann, Honest’s mother is also under treatment for mental problems. This large family has a disrupted foundation and no resources to send the children to school.
