Jacinta’s father, Oscar, sent her mother, Judith and Jacinta away in 2021 saying he had a job in a distant city to work as a security guard. They have not seen him since. Judith moved back in with her mother, Jenrose, because she had no home and no job and no land to farm of her own. Judith does farming for others to provide for Jacinta and her old mother, Jenrose.
