Family History: Walter’s father died in 2010. After his death, Walter’s mother left, abandoning their two children in the house alone a few days after their father’s burial. Neighbors heard the children crying a few days later, broke the door down, and took them to their grandmother, Edisa. One child was taken by an auntie who is helping him study in technical school. Walter was taken by Edisa but she is old and can’t provide enough to care for the teen.
