Child Sponsorship
Sponsoring a child provides for the education and basic needs of a child with whom you will develop a lasting relationship as you watch her or him grow. For $50/month your impact on his or her life will be deep and lasting. Learn more here.
Scholarship Fund
Scholarships enable us to pay for the education needed to support children to the point where they can achieve independence and can thrive as adults. Although vastly less expensive than U.S. advanced education, the costs of university or vocational school exceed basic sponsorship. Your contribution of any amount makes a big difference! Self-Sustainability
Income from the Boda/Taxi program currently enables close to 200 children who do not have sponsors to attend local primary schools through our investment in bodas (motorbikes) and taxis that are leased to local drivers. A one-time donation of $1500 pays for a boda that will yield a long-term self-sustaining source of school funds. Learn more here.
Where Needed Most
Our executive directors and boards of directors in Uganda and the U.S. carefully steward all funds, ensuring that our children’s essential needs, including medical, are met even as we focus on their education. All funds received without specific designation will be allocated to the areas of greatest need, as they arise. Your gift in any amount ensures we can continue to do all we do for these vulnerable children.
Mountain Children’s Ministry is a 501(c)3 tax-deductible charitable organization. Annual giving statements verify your gift when claiming this tax deduction on annual income tax filings. Tax ID number (EIN): 46-4365224.

The easiest way to give to MCM is through our secure GiveLively giving portal using the button above.
As a charitable organization, credit card and other fees are reduced, and this platform offers many payment options: credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, or direct ACH payment from your bank (lowest fees). You can even set up monthly payments, which you can change at any time.
On this platform you may also designate where you would like your contribution(s) to go.
If you prefer to pay on your phone, text “GiveToMCM” to 44321, and the response will have a link to our giving site.

Automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank
Initiate a monthly automatic withdrawal from your checking account. Ongoing support helps provide funding stability.
MCM does not use credit cards for automatic withdrawal. If automatic withdrawal is an option that appeals to you, especially for sponsorship, we have an ACH form we will send to you to fill out requesting your banking information and permission to do so. At any time you wish to discontinue automatic withdrawal, simply contact Michele and that will be accomplished in the next month’s billing cycle.
